Division Rivals Overhaul

A completely new format for Division Rivals has made the Player versus Player environment smarter, fairer, and more rewarding.

Redesigned Interface

Players will now notice a cleaner and functional design, allowing them to easily track their progression, review the available rewards, and manage their squads. The pre-match hub displays your star players and changes in divisional progression, including a summary recap of your season.

New Star-Based Rank System

RIP to old Cups and Fans. In its place is a Star-based ranking system, where:

• You can progress to another division by accumulating Stars.
• Star Shields will protect you from immediate relegation after you lose three matches.
• You will receive new promotional rewards every time you reach a new rank milestone.

Weekly Leaderboards & Rewards

Now players can not only earn additional loot via weekly leaderboards. Win a few daily matches and play consistently well to move up the ladder and be given bonuses for your performance during the week.

Upgraded Locker Room

Customisation has become a priority. You can now:

• Select separate Home and Away kits.
• Pick your logos, stadiums, emotes, and name boards.
• Demonstrate your identity and style on the leaderboards - it is a fully customisable experience.

Gameplay Updates

FC Mobile gameplay across VSA, H2H, and Manager Mode has undergone significant improvements, specifically in the areas of realism, fairness, and responsiveness.

Passing & Build-Up Play

• Ground passes are more accurate to the intended destination whilst considering speed and direction.
• Through balls have smarter behaviour — players' sideline passes often overshoot.
• Driven passing has more accurate and confident ball movement — you can now avoid defenders more easily.

VS Attack Improvements

• Chances die quickly at the player's missed shot or foul point, meaning less waiting around.
• Ability to select camera settings and choose the view you want to play.
• Swipe shots now require better timing to hit the net.
• Goalkeeper AI is updated — goals are usually saved during a weak shot, but it will not make the save on powerful shots.
• Chances are better balanced to ensure a fair distribution of “Good” and “Great” chances.

More Fixes & Improvements

• Both heel-to-heel and step-over exit animations now scale with attributes, clamping down on spammed broken skills.
• Short players are notably more agile and dribble better.
• Tall players, strong in duels but less nimble, are moving to help realism.
• Off-the-ball runs and fluidity of animation have improved player logic.
• Free kick camera bug, improved scoop turns, and fake shots have also been enhanced.
• Formation tactics such as build-up and tiki-taka are proving to be better than before.
