1. Introduction
Welcome to our digital platform, owned and operated by Indo Digital Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our" or "us"). This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information of users who access or use our mobile application and website. The platform provides sports updates, personalised content, and advertisements to users globally.
We value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures Rules, 2011 (India).

Under GDPR Article 13, the data controller must identify itself and explain how it processes data. Accordingly, Indo Digital Private Limited acts as the Data Controller responsible for determining the purposes and means of data processing. Under Section 5 of the DPDP Act, we are required to ensure that data is processed only for lawful purposes and with proper notice to the data principal.

2. Definitions
For clarity, the following definitions apply to this Policy:
Account: A unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of it.
Application: Refers to SD Live, the software provided by the Company.
Consent: Under GDPR and DPDP, consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. Under DPDP Section 7, consent must be obtained before processing personal data.
Controller: Indo Digital Private Limited — the entity responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data. and therefore acts as the data controller for all personal data collected through our services.
Cookies: Small files stored on your device by websites to record browsing information and preferences.

3. What Data We Collect
We collect Personal Information such as name, email address, profile photo (if provided), and account credentials.
We collect Device Information including device model, operating system version, IP address, browser type, mobile carrier, device identifiers, and app usage patterns.
We collect Preferences and Usage Data such as chosen sports, teams, favorite players, notifications enabled, and interaction behaviour with app features.
We may use Advertising Identifiers (non-personally identifiable) to show relevant, non-explicit ads.
Under GDPR Article 14(1)(d), we are obligated to specify the categories of personal data collected. Similarly, Section 6 of the DPDP Act requires that personal data collected must be limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose. The CCPA also requires disclosure of categories of personal information collected under Section 1798.100(b).

Direct Collection: When you sign up, create an account, update your profile, or communicate with us via support or feedback forms.
Automatic Collection: Through cookies, analytics tools, and tracking technologies that record user interactions, session duration, and preferences.
Third-Party Sources: If you log in using Google or other social accounts, or when our advertising or analytics partners provide aggregated, non-personal insights.
Under GDPR Article 13(1)(e), we are required to inform users of the sources of data, and Section 5 of the DPDP Act mandates that notice be provided before or at the time of data collection. The CCPA requires disclosure of sources of data in its “Notice at Collection” clause.
