The BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 has now moved into the Semifinals stage after four days of action-packed Group Stage matches. The top 8 teams from the Group Stage have already locked in their place in the Grand Finals. The remaining 24 teams are now fighting for the final spots in the Semifinals, which started on July 25 and will go on till July 28.

BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 Semifinals Format and Schedule

The Semifinals will take place from July 25 to 28 in a round-robin format. Each team will play 16 matches over four days. The top eight teams, based on overall points, will qualify for the Grand Finals. The remaining 16 teams will be eliminated from the tournament.

After the Semifinals, the event will move to its biggest stage, the Grand Finals, happening offline in Delhi from August 8 to 10. This LAN event will feature the top 16 teams, including the eight teams that already qualified from the Group Stage. They will play 18 matches to compete for the BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 title and a share of the ₹1 crore prize pool.
