OFFICIAL: Man City midfielder Alex Robertson completes move to Cardiff City

The 21-year-old has completed his move to Championship side Cardiff City on a four-year contract, in a deal that could rise to £3 million with add-ons. The Scottish-born midfielder spent the last season on loan at Portsmouth and made 23 appearances with the League One side.

Alex Robertson has never made any appearance for Pep Guardiola’s first team and it doesn’t come as much of a surprise given the sheer amount of talent at the Spaniard’s disposal. Robertson has made 50 appearances for the club at youth level, scoring 20 goals and assisting eight.
