The wedding was at the same hotel where the India squad for the T20 World Cup 2026 is present. This allowed the presence of Gautam Gambhir in Arjun Tendulkar wedding despite such an important tournament taking place.

A video of Gautam Gambhir went viral on internet where the head coach was seen entering the Arjun Tendulkar Saaniya Chandhok wedding hall along with his wife. With match set to take place in evening, it is expected that he will join team soon.

The presence of Indian players in Arjun Tendulkar wedding was a hot topic in the last few days. However, only the former cricketers were visible during the function since most of the active players are in action in the T20 World Cup 2026.

Gambhir, one of the best openers in the world during his playing days, will have a great task on his head as India haven’t looked at their best in the ICC T20 World Cup so far.
