Every character is tied to a different element that tells what type of damage they will deal and how it will impact the enemies. The seven types of elements available in the game are: Fire (Burns enemies), Ice (Freezes and slows down the enemies), Lightning (Shocks the enemies), Wind (Debuffs the enemies and deals great damage), Physical (Brutally attacks the enemy and injures them), Imaginary (locks the enemies and also reduces their speed), and Quantum (Delays their return and deals heavy damage).

Honkai Star Rail Relics & Ornaments

Relics and ornaments act as special equipment for the characters that upgrade their stats, making them more powerful. If used in sets, they will provide a much better outcome.

• Relics: These are gear pieces that can fit on the Head, Hands, Body, and Feet. If you equip 2-4 pieces from the same Relic set, it will give you bonuses. You can earn them through story missions and events. You can use EXP material to level up Relics.
• Ornaments: They are special elements and have two slots: Planar Sphere and Link Rope. Their main focus is on stats like Elemental Damage and Energy Regeneration. You can get them through the Simulated Universe or the Divergent Universe. Just like Relics, you can improve the Ornaments' stats as well. 5-Star Ornaments are the strongest ones.

Honkai Star Rail Currency

Honkai Star Rail features several types of currency. Below, we have briefly mentioned each currency and its uses.

• Credits: This is the primary currency of the game that is used for upgrading the characters and their abilities. Moreover, you can use them to buy various items like food and crafting materials from the shop as well. Credits are very easy to earn, as you just have to complete missions, open chests, and defeat enemies.
• Stellar Jade: It is the premium currency of Honkai Star Rail and also the most valuable one. You can use this currency to purchase Star Rail Passes and Special Passes. You can also use them to get more energy for farming materials. Completing story missions, daily challenges, and events will grant you Stellar Jade.
• Star Rail Passes: These act as the tickets to new characters and gear. While the Star Rail Pass is used for the permanent ‘Stellar Warp’ banner, the Star Rail Special Pass is used for limited-time ‘Character Event Warp’ banners. You can buy them using Stellar Jade or get them for free from events.
• Oneiric Shards: This currency can only be obtained using real money. It is mostly used to exchange Stellar Jade and buy special packs from the shop.
