The Women’s Asia Cup 2026 is the 10th edition of the Asian Cricket Council’s premier women’s international cricket tournament and will be played in the T20 International format from August 28 to September 13, 2026. The competition will be hosted by the United Arab Emirates, with every match scheduled at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

A total of eight teams will compete, with India, Pakistan, Thailand and Hong Kong, China placed in Group A, while Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates and Indonesia form Group B. Sri Lanka enter the tournament as the defending champions after winning their maiden Women’s Asia Cup title in 2024, while India remain the most successful team in the history of the competition.

The tournament will feature 15 matches in total, including 12 group-stage games, two semi-finals and the final. India will play their first match on August 30 against Thailand, before meeting Hong Kong, China on September 3. The most anticipated group-stage fixture will come on September 5, when India face Pakistan in Dubai. It will be the first meeting between the two sides since their encounter at the 2026 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. Also, some of the best cricket commentators are likely to be a part of the panel.
