BMPS 2026 Semis Could Bring LAN Event Back to the Capital

The second official event in the annual BGMI Esports cycle, Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series, is just a few weeks away. Krafton India Esports is looking to implement the double LAN strategy, similar to BGIS 2026, for BMPS as well. BMPS 2026 may see a LAN event for the semifinal round for the very first time.

BGIS 2026 had two LAN events at two different locations. While the semis were played at Hyderabad, Chennai hosted the Grand Finals. BMPS may now follow the same trajectory. Read below to know the BMPS 2026 semis LAN Location.

BMPS Action to Return to the National Capital

As per one of the trusted sources of the BGMI Esports community, @letsgrowesports, the BMPS 2026 Semifinals will be played as an official LAN event. The BMPS 2026 Semis Lan Location has been revealed to be New Delhi. If the reports are true, BGMI action will return to the national capital after 8 long months.

As per the tweet, the BMPS 2026 Semifinals round is scheduled between June 9 and 14, 2026. Nodwin Gaming Arena at Chatarpur has been revealed to be the host of the semis. This indoor arena has all state-of-the-art facilities and is known for hosting all the seasons of BGMS. Delhi's Yashobhoomi convention centre hosted the last season of BMPS.

Krafton To Announce BMPS 2026 Schedule Soon

Krafton India Esports is yet to announce the official schedule and invited teams for BMPS 2026. As per Liquipedia, the tournament will run between the months of May and June. Teams will have to play the initial rounds in online mode, followed by LAN events for both semis and finals.

Being an invite-only tournament, only the reputed performing BGMI teams shall be allowed to participate in BMPS 2026. The prize pool is yet to be announced, but it's expected to be out by this month. Jaipur, as the finals host, is already one of the confirmed BMPS 2026 LAN Locations.
