FC 27 SBC Leaks Hint at the Biggest Ultimate Team Shake-Up Yet

With the ongoing playtest phase, several active EA FC leakers have been actively posting interesting information about major overhauls in FC 27. And the new FC 27 SBC leaks have certainly caught the community off-guard.

According to several trustworthy leakers, the traditional SBC concept over the years is about to receive a major overhaul after years. And these SBC changes in FC 27 will affect the transfer market. Having said that, let's take a look at the potentially tested features in EA FC 27.

The New SBC System Might Change Gamers' Approach to Fodder Cards

Prominent data miners such as @FutSheriff and @DetectiveFUT have explained the FC 27 SBC leaks systems pretty well. While the recent information on Evolutions is pretty fascinating, with multiple upgrade paths to work with, SBCs might feature much more interesting changes. To start with, players are likely to spend the same card multiple times to complete a simple SBC. That will surely affect the concept of fodder cards.

Another overhaul is now being tested, and it's the introduction of the Points System. Each card is likely to feature a points system, and players have to reach a certain point, along with the basic chemistry and number of players requirements. Basically, EA Sports is bringing the concept of SBC value, where a points system will be used instead of the traditional coins system.

Meanwhile, do remember that the developers aren't likely to completely diminish the classic team chemistry and card rarity concept. Community Reactions to the New SBC Overhaul Concept

The community has quite a mixed reaction after several leakers posted about the SBC Changes in FC 27. While some people are quite excited about the “One Click SBC” concept, some just want EA to fix the current game.

One of the users, @TheGptAdsGuy, has commented that they want EA to implement the update in FC 26 itself.

New Signature Cards Could be the Next Best Thing

Apart from the SBC overhaul, the introduction of signature cards might be another thing that impacts the transfer market. The concept is heavily inspired by the TCG system, where the card's value gets increased or decreased based on its mint. EA Sports is likely to follow the same path. They're expected to introduce a new type of cards, featuring a footballer's autograph, instead of their traditional attributes. The values of these cards are likely to be much higher than the base cards.
