The first-ever title update of FC 27 has finally been announced, and devs have only made a few minor changes. These updates are catered towards different game modes: Ultimate Team, The Grounds, and a few QoL (quality of life) changes. EA has confirmed that these changes will not affect the current Early Access meta, since they've focused on preserving it.

FC 27 Title Update 1.0.1 Arrives as the First Bug Fix Update

The direct communication handle for EA Sports, @EASFCDirect, has revealed all about FC 27 Title Update 1.0.1 in short. As mentioned, no major changes have been implemented that might affect the initial meta. Instead, the update focuses on small adjustments and other QoL changes.

FC 27 Ultimate Team Changes

A minor UI change has been made, as it was becoming unresponsive when a certain Player Item didn't meet the criteria.

FC 27 The Grounds Changes

EA Sports devs have addressed a lot of issues on The Grounds in the FC 27 1.0.1 version update. Here's an overview of the issues:

• Gamers couldn't perform the 5-star skill move even if their player model had that perk unlocked. The problem was happening during street football matches.
• Players were having difficulties using the Hot Join function to join a match.
• League matches were featuring high ping and latency issues.

Gameplay Changes

• The default values of the Jockey and Sprint Jockey Sliders have been increased. This change, however, is specifically for Career and Kick Off mode. This won't be an issue in Ultimate Team.
• Fatigue and long-term player stamina impact have been increased in the Grounds 11v11 mode.
• EA Sports has addressed another major issue where gamers weren't receiving the actual response on their custom controller preset.

General, Audio, and Visual Changes

• The devs have addressed various stability-related issues.
• Players on Nintendo were unable to use the DLC commentary audio language.
• Main menu visual glitches have also been fixed for PlayStation 5.
