eFootball Releases Epic Gianluigi Buffon

Konami dropped a banger Goalkeeper in-game with the new Lamine Yamal's Choice pack. The new eFootball epic Buffon can be considered the 'Final Boss' amongst the long list of other keepers in the game. The card arrived on March 19, 2026.

Gianluigi Buffon's new epic eFootball card is unique in many aspects. For the very first time, Buffon has been given the playstyle 'Attacking Goalkeeper', which means he will come out of the box to sweep and clear dangerous chances. This epic version of Gianluigi Buffon is tall (192 cm) and extremely agile in front of the goal. He has high awareness and elite levels of catching, reflexes, parrying and reach.
