A few changes have been made to the slots for a select few titles to balance the competitive structure and uphold sporting integrity ahead of the ENC 2026 qualifiers. This has been done to ensure teams can qualify by playing the fewest number of matches.
- For Chess, Wildcard slots have been brought down from 8 to 3 while increasing a qualification slot each for all regions.
- For MLBB, a slot has been reduced from East Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, and it has been given to two 2 regions: Central and West Africa and Southern and Eastern Africa. The same format has been implemented in PUBG Mobile.
- For Rocket League, a new slot has been added for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
- Valorant saw the removal of the Middle East and Africa region. They are replaced by 2 new regions, the Middle East and North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
