Football Manager 26 Just Got Its Biggest Visual Mod Yet

The Football Manager 26 Stadium Megapack 2.1 launch is happening! This is by far the biggest visual improvement to the game via modding. It has been developed by popular FM modder BassyBoy, who has previously worked on other modded 3D stadiums.

Players have often complained that FM26 crowds look repetitive and lifeless during 3D matches. Version 2.1 directly targets that problem with a new crowd kit system and performance improvements, alongside additional stadiums and competition match balls. This is a free update and is compatible with all current saved games.

Football Manager 26 Stadium Megapack 2.1 Launch Features

The most anticipated feature in the Football Manager 26 Stadium Megapack 2.1 launch is the inclusion of crowd customization. Many leagues now include dedicated kit packs that automatically color the stands in club themes. Instead of neutral clothing, supporters now appear dressed in team colors.

Furthermore, the FM26 Stadium Megapack 2.1 launch has a built-in. It can be used manually to select kits for fans at their custom stadium. As such, you can create your own atmosphere rather than relying solely on pre-created visual representations. There is one limitation, however, the feature only works in custom modeled stadiums. Generic placeholder grounds still use the default crowd system.

The crowd system has also been improved in terms of system compatibility. The designer has indicated that the crowd system is functioning much better than before. This results in a much more fluid, non-stuttery display for players who watch full matches in the 3D engine, particularly on older hardware.

New Stadiums, Competitions Balls, and Expanded Coverage in FM 26 Stadium Megapack 2.1

The update expands the stadium library while improving an existing one. Ajax’s arena has been revamped, and multiple new grounds have been added across Europe and South America. Here are the new stadiums in FM26 Stadium Megapack 2.1 launch:

The pack now has around 160 fully 3D modelled stadiums, with more to follow from the top five European leagues and other regions.

New Competition Balls

Matchday realism is further upgraded with the addition of new competition balls:

• UEFA Super Cup
• Maltese Premier Division
• Keuken Kampioen Divisie

The mod is compatible with existing saves, so you do not need to start a new career. The mod is not compatible with FM 24 or does not yet fix dark newgen faces. The FM 26 Stadium Megapack 2.1 remains free, with optional donations available for supporters.

How to Download and Install Football Manager 26 Stadium Megapack 2.1

1. Download the files

• Download from here. Newcomers must download the Version 2.0 base pack.

2. Extract

• Extract the archives, and you will see files such as BepInEx, dotnet, and winhttp.dll.

3. Find the game folder

Open your Football Manager 26 install location:

4. Copy files

Move all extracted files directly into the Football Manager 26 folder. Do not paste the entire mod folder; only the contents.

5. Launch the game

Start FM26 normally. The stadiums and crowd kits load automatically and work with existing saves.
