Marvel Rivals Esports Roadmap 2026: Tournaments, Dates, and Format

Marvel Rivals has officially announced its Esports roadmap for the year 2026. This year, you will see an increase in the number of official Marvel Rivals Esports tournaments. According to the official news release, this year will see 5 Marvel Rivals Championships (MRCs) between March and December 2026. Marvel Rivals took to its official Esports page to announce the new roadmap for 2026. @RivalsEsports posted the tweet on X (formerly Twitter) on January 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM UTC.

As can be seen, this year, Marvel Rivals Esports will have a guaranteed annual prize pool of $3 million USD. The prize pool is expected to grow due to it being uncapped and the adoption of a partner program by NetEase. The Marvel Rivals esports tournaments will be based on competitive regions that will eventually mould into grand finals featuring the best Marvel Rivals teams in the world.

Marvel Rivals Esports 2026 Tournaments

Marvel Rivals Ignite 2026 roadmap divides the world into 4 main competitive regions: Americas (North and South America), EMEA ( Europe, Middle East, and Africa), China, and Pacific ( Asia and Oceania).

The season will begin with Marvel Rivals Championships season 6 in March. The preseason qualifiers will follow it up in April. The stage 1 group stage playoffs will be played across 2 months between May and June, leading up to mid-season qualifiers and finals in July and August. The same cycle will be followed in the second half of the year, which will lead up to the grand finals in December 2026.
