PUBG Mobile Asian Games Esports Qualifiers Commence 19 June

The PUBG Mobile Asian Games esports qualifiers will be summed up by this weekend, and we will know the 8 teams that will head to Aichi-Nagoya. The qualifiers start on June 19, 2026. The 3-day event will come to an end on June 21, 2026. Each day, the teams will play 6 matches on two maps: Erangel and Miramar. Here is the PUBG Mobile Asian Games schedule:

The qualifiers will begin with matches of Group A on June 19, followed by Group B and grand finals on June 21, 2026. All the matches will be played in an online format.

23 Countries To Participate in Asian Games Esports Qualifiers

The PUBG Mobile Asian Games qualifiers teams are divided into two groups. Group A consists of 12 teams, and Group B consists of 11 teams. Both groups will play 6 matches each, and the top 6 teams will move into the finals.

The finals of the PUBG Mobile Asian Games esports qualifiers will feature 12 teams. On the final day, the top 8 teams after 6 matches will directly qualify for the Asian Games.

India Misses Out on PUBGM Asian Games Esports Qualifiers

The Indian contingent will be missing the PUBG Mobile Asian Games Esports Qualifiers. ESFI (Esports Federation of India) had earlier made it official that no Indian team will feature in the PUBG Mobile title. It's important to know that the global version of the game has been banned in India since 2021. India, however, has a region-exclusive game, BGMI, and continues to feature in international tournaments like PMGC and PMWC via invitations.
