PUBG Mobile Global Open Season 1 2026 trailer has finally been revealed on social media. Over 1,000,000 players had ‘answered the call’. The tournament will begin in June 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia. All qualified teams will play multiple matches, and those who advance to the main event will share a $500,000 USD prize pool. PUBG Mobile Global Open Season 1 Schedule

The PMGO Season 1 trailer was recently dropped on X, where they explained bits and pieces about the tournament. The trailer post revealed that the tournament will begin on June 2, 2026, and will conclude on June 7, 2026. During the said period, several group matches, survival stage matches, and a grand finale will be played to crown a champion.

As mentioned earlier, the winner and runner-ups will share from a prize pool of $500,000 USD, which is massive. Apart from that, teams will also earn PMGC points based on their performances. For those who don't know, it's an abbreviation for PUBG Mobile Global Championship Qualification Points. Based on the points earned by each team, they will earn a slot in the global tournament.

PUBG Mobile Global Season 1 Format

The format for the upcoming PMGO Season 1 tournament is fairly easy to understand, and we have explained it below. We have also provided the PMGO S1 schedule alongside.

Group Stage: June 2 to June 3

• 32 teams, divided into 2 groups of 16 players, will kick things off on June 2, 2026.
• Both groups will play 6 matches each.
• The top 6 teams from both teams will directly qualify for the grand finale on June 6 and June 7.
• In both groups, teams ranked between 7 and 14 will go to the survival stage for another chance to earn a slot in the grand finale.
• Teams ranked 15 and 16 will be eliminated from the PMGO Season 1 tournament.

Survival Stage: June 4

• All 16 teams, from two groups, will play 6 matches.
• Only the top 4 teams will qualify for the grand finale. The rest of them will be eliminated.

Grand Finale: June 6 and June 7

• All 16 teams, comprising 12 from the group stage and 4 from the survival stage, will compete in the grand finale for the huge prize.
• A total of 12 matches will be played, 6 each day, between the qualified teams.
• Teams with the highest accumulated scores at the end of the tournament will be crowned champions.
