Roland Garros eSeries 2026 Brings Mobile Tennis Back to Paris

The Roland Garros eSeries returns for its 9th edition in 2026, allowing mobile gamers to play on a virtual Philippe-Chatrier court. As part of the latest Tennis Clash news, this year’s event looks to further the massive success of previous editions, which have seen millions of matches played around the world.

Roland Garros eSeries Returns: Check Tournament Format

The 2026 edition will feature a familiar but quite competitive format. Thousands of players will compete worldwide using their smartphones, but only eight finalists will qualify to compete at the live stage in Paris on May 23, 2026.

The tournament will include a combination of Open Qualifiers, the "Grand Tour" for the best players, such as defending champion Samuel "Sasmis" Sanin Ortiz, and a special round for the best female players. All matches will be played on Tennis Clash, which is the official platform of the tournament until 2030.

Roland Garros eSeries 2026 Schedule

Those who are interested in participating must compete during specific qualifying periods to earn a spot in the finals. The dates for qualifying events are as follows:

• Qualifier 1 - March 5 to March 10, 2026
• Qualifier 2 - March 19 to March 24, 2026
• Qualifier 3 - April 2 to April 7, 2026

In addition to the open qualifying events, an exclusive circuit known as 'The Grand Tour' for Tennis Clash's highest-ranked players will be held in two segments:

• Grand Tour 1 - March 2 to March 23, 2026
• Grand Tour 2 - March 23 to April 12, 2026

The Grand Final Details

The eight contenders who will qualify for this year’s Grand Final will fly to Paris (France) for the event, including the reigning champion, Samuel “Sasmis” Sanin Ortiz. Esports veteran Laure Valee will host the event. It will be livestreamed on the official Roland-Garros YouTube channel, with a prize pool of €5000, and a live audience.
