When is the FPL Gameweek 2 deadline for Fantasy Premier League?

While there are less than 48 hours left for the Gameweek 1 deadline of the new Fantasy Premier League season, FPL 2025/26, the Gameweek 2 preparation will start after the completion of the Gameweek 1 FPL deadline. So, it is important to know every detail for Gameweek 2, including the FPL Gameweek 2 deadline.

The FPL 2025/26 Gameweek 1 will run between August 15 and 18, 2025 (as per the BST timeline). After the end of the Gameweek 1 deadline, the FPL managers can set their team for Gameweek 2 until its deadline. The new season FPL Gameweek 2 deadline is at 18:30 BST on Friday, August 22. Gameweek 2 will run between August 22 and 25, 2025 (as per the BST timeline).

What is FPL Deadline?

However, if a manager isn’t very happy with the Gameweek 1 team, where the manager needs some crucial changes, the manager can go for the Free Hit or Wildcard chip.
