However, they announced one more partnership with each other, which is the unveiling of a new club together in Uruguay's fourth division football. The Messiah of football, World Cup winner, and football legend Lionel Messi has now joined forces with his long-time friend and teammate, Luis Suarez, to launch their club Deportivo LSM.

Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez have unveiled a new club named Deportivo LSM in Uruguay's fourth division football. This initiative is a rebranding of Luis Suarez's earlier project, which was named Deportivo LS, which he established in 2018.
