Manchester City hosted Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on November 23 and were thrashed 4-0 by their visitors in a crushing defeat.

Spurs and particularly James Maddison made a lovely start to the contest. The Englishman scored to make it 1-0 in the 13th minute and quickly doubled his tally just seven minutes later for 2-0 after 20 minutes. Dejan Kulusevski looked sharp as well, as the visitors were running riot against the champions.
Pedro Porro scored to extend Tottenham’s lead to 3-0 after the half-time break and rub salt in Manchester City’s wounds. Brennan Johnson’s late goal added more misery onto Pep Guardiola and City as they lost heavily.
