The Group B matches of AFCON started with the fixture of South Africa Vs Angola at Marrakech Stadium. While everyone, including the betting market, predicted that Bafana Bafana would take away all 3 points from the game easily, the Angola national football team stunned everyone with their all-around performance.

The match started with the Republic of South Africa taking the charge, which helped them to score a goal in the 21st minute and from then on, everyone expected that it would be an easy walk for the 2010 World Cup Hosts.
