To begin the quest, make your way to the underground tunnels on the Spaceport map.

Once you’re there, look around for four containers and inspect each one. After you’ve checked all four, the objective will be completed. ARC Raiders Clean Dream Quest: Monitor Filtration System in the Tunnels

Stay inside the tunnels and keep an eye out for the ARC Raiders filtration system. Once you find it, move closer and interact with it to inspect the system. After you’re done in the Spaceport area, travel to the Blue Gate map and look for the Maintenance Bunker.

When you find the bunker, head inside and go down the stairs. At the bottom, you’ll see large boiler- or gas-tank-like machines. Interact with this system to check the purification process.

For the final step, go back upstairs in the bunker and enter the nearby room. On a desk, you’ll find some blueprints and a photograph. Interact with them to finish the quest. Be careful here, there are usually plenty of ARC enemies around, so stay alert and take them out with your weapons. Also, make sure you complete the quest in one run, or it won’t count.
