Summary
Battlegrounds Mobile India, also known as BGMI, has evolved into one of the most competitive Esports games in the country. With thousands of squads playing hundreds of competitions, which include both third-party and official events, it became necessary to organise the structure of player transfers to streamline the process, increase transparency and avoid unnecessary controversies. To improve the stability of orgs, Krafton India implemented the official BGMI transfer window in October 2025.
The BGMI Transfer Window is a biannual cycle for managing rosters of various established organisations. There are two specific times each year when teams can sign, trade, or release players without any limits. After the transfer window closes, teams have to stick with their final lineup for the next six months during official tournaments. The teams can't make mid-season changes once they’re registered. BGMI Transfer Window's cycles operate in 2 phases: First, from October to April, and second, from April to September. Once a player is registered, they cannot switch teams for at least 6 months.
Confirmed BGMI Roster Changes for 2026 Season
The BGMI Transfer window is valid for all the registered and verified teams who have participated in recent competitions such as BMPS, BGIS and are monitored by Krafton India Esports. The process requires the IGL or owner of the BGMI teams to log in to their 'My Teams' section on the KIE dashboard, add or remove players, accept requests and submit it for verification. If the team gets approved, they become eligible to play both official and third-party tournaments by Krafton India. Here, we have compiled all the confirmed BGMI Roster Changes for 2026 Season.
