COD Warzone & Black Ops 7 Season 1: Release Schedule, Content, & More

The first season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, plus the full Warzone integration, will launch on Thursday, December 4, 2025. The rollout happens at 9:00 AM PT, hitting all regions at the same moment based on each time zone. Season 1 brings a large set of content and starts the first Black Ops 7 focused Warzone cycle.

COD Black Ops 7 Season 1 Release Schedule & Global Launch Times

The Season 1 launch is just about two to three weeks after the game’s mid-November release date. This duration allows gamers to complete the narrative, level up the early multiplayer camos, and do a little Zombies mode play before the season reset and shared progression.

From this moment on, COD Black Ops 7 and Warzone seasons will be updated concurrently, thus enabling all the players to commence each season from the same point.

What’s New in Season 1

The first season incorporates updates all over the board in multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone.

1. Multiplayer Additions

New 6v6 maps along with a few reimagined maps are the players' lot. These maps are aligned with the tone of BO7 and maintain a consistent match pace.

2. Zombies Mode Expansion

A fresh Zombies map is released along with the first season. It carries on the original story and offers more challenges to both groups and lone players.

3. Complete Warzone Integration

It is Warzone's total switch to the BO7 period with the first season. A shift in players' expectations includes:
