Clash of Clans Maintenance Break Today (April 28): Is the Legend League Reset Coming?

It was coming! Supercell suddenly announced another Clash of Clans maintenance today 28 April, to fix the ongoing Legend League issues and bugs. The announcement was abrupt and came as a sudden shock for players who found themselves logged out of their accounts, unable to complete their Clan Games progress.

Following yesterday's Clash of Clans Maintenance Break Today 27 April, there were multiple issues with the newly formed Legend Leagues, as the migration, which, although unintended, affected the new Ranked mode season, bringing widespread discontentment. The developers announced today's CoC maintenance in an attempt to apply a quick fix to the issues.

Clash of Clans Maintenance Break: Are the CoC Servers Down Again?

Unfortunately Yes. Supercell quite abruptly announced today's Maintenance Break in CoC, putting the Clash of Clans Server Down without any heads-up. Given that the Clan Games are ending soon, players who were in the final lap of their Clan Games attacks, unfortunately, missed out on significant progress due to this announcement.

Although the developers mentioned that the CoC Maintenance Break will be over within the next 45-50 mins, it may be extended depending on the task at hand and how long Supercell needs to properly identify and fix the impending issues for good. What Changes are Coming Post the CoC Maintenance Break

While no new content is expected to arrive with today's maintenance, the current Clash of Clans update will require an entire reset of the Legends League. The following changes are expected to arrive post-maintenance:

• Legend I players will have their trophies reset to 5000 trophies
• Any Attacks made yesterday will be entirely reset, with the previous day’s stats being wiped out
• Players signing up post the new season starts will have all their 8 attacks available

While the above seems confusing at first, it simply implies that players will get matched with the same opponents at reset. Hence, if they fumbled on their last attack from yesterday, they get a chance again today to right the wrongs and attain redemption.
