Call of Duty: Mobile League Play Mode Guide: Here's How to Play the New CoD Mobile Gamemode

Leaks surfacing online suggest that League Play, a new Ranked gamemode, is coming soon to CoD Mobile or Call of Duty Mobile. Rumors hint that the new Ranked mode will release two weeks after the next Ranked Season begins.

How to Unlock League Play in COD Mobile?

As per Leakers on Duty, a popular content creator, League Play will be accessible only after reaching the Legendary Rank in the Ranked Mode. To reach the Legendary rank, you will have to farm experience by winning games and reach the Legendary Rank in the Multiplayer mode.

It is advised to use rank protections once you are on the higher tiers, as you may not want to miss out on the League Play by a couple of hundred XPs. The upcoming season is going to put you through a lot of grind, as a new Call of Duty: Mobile Rebirth Island map is also rumored for the Battle Royale mode.

List of COD Mobile League Play Match Types

At launch, the League Play may have only three match types mentioned below:

• Search & Destroy: You will have to win a total of 7 rounds, instead of 5 in League Play's Search & Destroy mode.
• Hardpoint: You will have to earn 200 points, instead of 150, to win this match.
• Control: You will have to win 3, instead of 2 rounds, to be the victor.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to choose a match type manually in this new COD Mobile Ranked mode, as the game randomly chooses it for you. Also, expect a QoL change in the system, as the loadout menu may have two extra slots for Search & Destroy and Hardpoint/Control League Play-specific matches.

Best Weapons and Loadouts for CoD Mobile League Play

According to leaks, there are no restrictions on the weapons and attachments. Hence, players can just dive into the action with their favorite weapon. However, do remember that Wild Cards may not be allowed. So you will have to adjust your COD Mobile League Play loadout accordingly with perks. Here's a list of perks that can be used:

• Red: Lightweight, Flack Jacket, Skulker, Iron Lung & Dauntless
• Green: Toughness, Ghost, Cold Blooded, Hard Wired, Amped, Gung-ho, Serpentine & Spycraft
• Blue: Tactical Mask, Dead Silence, Sharpnel & Firepower Support
