ESL Pro League Season 22 Format

The ESL Pro League Season 22 format is quite simple. As discussed, the S-Tier tournament will be played in two stages. Both stages will follow the same format. All 16 teams will be following the Swiss System format, where the matches will be BO3 (best of three), and based on their winning criteria, they'll receive either High, Mid, or Low seeds. Stage 1 is scheduled to begin on September 27, and the top eight teams will be qualified for Stage 2.

Stage 2, containing a total of 16 teams, will follow the same Swiss System format. Eight top teams among them will qualify for the Playoff stage. The final stage will follow a single elimination bracket, and the grand final match will follow the BO5 (best of five) format to decide the ultimate winner.
