Widely known for his gaming coverage, Henderson suggests that the new title in the Far Cry franchise has passed its conception stage. The Ubisoft Vantage Studios Far Cry has already entered development.

This massive update comes after, reportedly, another Far Cry game codenamed Maverick was cancelled. This was supposedly going to be Ubisoft's take on an extraction shooter under the Far Cry brand, but the ship has seemingly been abandoned.
