Epic have decided to decrease the cost of all Battle Passes in the game. Not only that, but they also reduced the price of the Battle Bundle, too. Apparently, The New Fortnite Battle Pass Prices Will Help Company With The Bills

The new changes will take effect from March 19, 2026, the same day that Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2, Showdown goes live. Based on the official description, each Battle Pass will be 200 V-Bucks less than its current price. On that note, here are the changes in brief:

The Fortnite OG Pass price will be 1200 V-Bucks, while the Fortnite Music Pass price will also be the same. Finally, the Fortnite Lego Pass price sees a small cut as well.

Community Reactions to the Fortnite Battle Pass Changes

While the pricing of all Battle Passes will see a minor dip from the next update, the community is apparently not happy with it. Earlier, gamers used to earn the full amount by completing the Battle Pass (1000 V-Bucks) along with 500 V-Bucks as bonds. Following the upcoming change, they'll only earn the new price and not the bonus rewards. A prominent leaker, @HYPEX, took this issue to the X community, and they expressed their thoughts.

One of the users, @ABD13x, mentioned that spending 12$ for the Fortnite Crew subscription will not be worth it.

Another Fortnite enthusiast, @Junkonator, claimed this decision from Epic makes zero sense.
