FragPunk Unveils PvE Mode at TwitchCon San Diego 2025

This October, the world of hero shooters is getting ready for a big reveal as FragPunk Season 3 unfolds, developed by Bad Guitar Studio and published by NetEase Games, set to show the world premiere of its Season 3 PVE Mode at TwitchCon San Diego 2025. Known for its fast 5v5 “Shard Clash” matches, FragPunk has already caught attention in the shooter scene since it launched earlier this year. Now it’s moving past its PvP roots and adding cooperative, story-based gameplay for the first time.

FragPunk World Premiere of Season 3 PVE Mode: A New Era

Season 3 is a significant point for the progression of FragPunk. Up until this point, the game has primarily been about multiplayer battles with gameplay focused on hero teamwork of skill-based fights and a unique card system. The new FragPunk PvE mode will create a co-op experience where players will be against AI layers, complete missions, and play through stories that continue on from the world of FragPunk. Players will encounter different environments, battle bosses, and receive new PvE rewards and progress systems after the FragPunk Season 3 update.

FragPunk World Premiere of Season 3 PVE Mode TwitchCon

TwitchCon San Diego 2025 will host the FragPunk Season 3 PvE reveal on October 17–19 at the San Diego Convention Center. The "FragPunk S3: Toy Front Line Unveiled" panel will occur on October 17 from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM (PST) in the Twitch Presents Theater. The panel will have developers speaking, live gameplay demos, and possibly the first look at the new co-op systems and areas.

On October 19, FragPunk will have a LAN Party so players can be the first to try the new PvE mode. Players will collaborate to take on entirely new enemy types, explore new maps, and experience story missions firsthand.

The LAN Party will also feature the Punk Clash Cup, a competition for teams to battle in the classic Shard Clash mode for a prize pool of $20,000. This event will showcase solid gameplay, some community vibes, and afford some up-and-coming players and streamers the chance to shine.

Fans who can’t make it to the event can still join through the official FragPunk Twitch channel, where everything will be streamed live with dev talks, interviews, and Twitch Drops. Players can also pre-register through official pages to stay updated and get rewards in the game.

In addition, players can enhance their Season 3 experience by using FragPunk Redeem Codes (October 2025) to unlock in-game items, rewards, and bonuses that complement the new PvE content. These codes provide early rewards for both new and returning players, giving them an edge as they explore missions, fight bosses, and progress through the co-op storyline.
