Garena Could Bring Back Ninja War Chapter 2 in the Next Free Fire Update

Garena has dropped a huge Easter egg, just a few weeks after the release of the Free Fire OB55 update. Free Fire Ninja War 2 is teased as the next big event arriving in-game this winter. This event will see the return of many old bundles, characters and skins. From the legendary Sanin to the Ghost of Uchiha, here's all that may come back in this event.

Garena Teases Return of Free Fire Ninja War Chapter 2

Free Fire Brazil took to its official Instagram handle to tease the return of the fan-favourite Ninja War Chapter 2. In the reel, the community can find the character 'Pain' from the Naruto Shippuden series. This character was first introduced in Free Fire Ninja War Chapter 2 in July 2025.

This Easter egg suggests Free Fire Ninja War Chapter 2 return in the next open beta update. However, there is no official confirmation about the return of this mode yet, so for now, these can be taken as speculation.

When Will Free Fire Ninja War Chapter 2 Return

Right now, there is no confirmed release date for the return of Free Fire Ninja War Chapter 2. The leakers believe that the return of Chapter 2 could be possible only with the OB56 update after the Winterlands event.

This means it will either arrive by the end of 2026 or in early 2027. Similar to all the returning skins and bundles that arrived in the first chapter of the Naruto Shippuden collab in the OB55 update, players will also get to see the Free Fire Ninja War Chapter 2 skins, bundles and items.

Players may get the Orochimaru bundle for free. There are speculations that Deidara's or Tsunade's bundle will be free as well. Among the premium cosmetics, players may get to see character bundles of Itachi, Obito and Madara Uchiha.
