Garena has given a pleasant new year surprise to all the Free Fire Max lovers by announcing the release of Free Fire x Jujutsu Kaisen collab. This collab will arrive as a part of the OB52 update. This anime collaboration will allow you to play with the famous Jujutsu Kaisen characters in the game, use their special abilities and more. You will get to experience the thrills of playing a new themed mode, skins and outfits during matches.

Free Fire x Jujutsu Kaisen Collab Release Date

The Free Fire x Jujutsu Kaisen Collab will arrive on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 9:30 AM IST. However, you will be able to use the new features of the collab only after 12:30 am, when the maintenance period ends. Free Fire x Jujutsu Kaisen Collab Features

Here are the major Jujutsu Kaisen features that you will get to experience in Free Fire:

• Play as Jujutsu Kaisen characters: This collab will let you play as the popular Jujutsu Kaisen characters like Yuji Itadori, Gojo Satoru, Megumi Fushigori, Ryomen Sukuna and Nobara Kugisaki. You will also get to hear their original voice-overs and see their battle animations.

• Use Jujutsu Kaisen moves:

  

  This is the biggest surprise of this update. Your in-game characters will be able to exclusive Jujutsu Kaisen movesets that include: Divergent Fist, Hollow Purple, Unlimited Void, Ember Insects and Malevolent Shrine.

• New Gameplay mechanic: The players will be able to absorb Cursed energy to acquire Jujutsu abilities. With the abilities, you will be able to upgrade your weapons for both modes: BR and Clash squad. Some weapons, such as 'Domain Expansion', will be exclusive to the Clash squad. You can even purchase one of the cursed tools, the level 3 hammer, from the Cyber airdrop.

• New Character Bundles:

  

  You will get a ton of new Jujutsu Kaisen items in the game, including original voice packs, outfits, vehicle skins, special battle cards and more. Yuji Itadori is the grand prize for the themed male bundle.

• New Events: You will get to play the role of Yuji Itadori, a character from the original Jujutsu Kaisen anime. Unlocking different parts of his story will earn you exclusive rewards.
• Music Tracks: Two new music tracks, 'Awakening Path' and 'Awakening Battle', are going to arrive as a part of the Free Fire x Jujutsu Kaisen collab.
