New Character Debut

In the upcoming version of Genshin Impact, we will be seeing the debut of Linnea. She is a new 5-star Geo Support unit, dedicated to Lunar Crystallize, meaning she is the new BIS for Zibai. Also, she is a Bow character, meaning she can deal Geo damage from a decent range.

Re-run Character Banners

According to the community leaks, the upcoming version might see rerun banners of some of the community's favourite characters. The expected character banners are:

Chasca (Anemo, Bow)

Map Expansion

Finally, after 5 years Mondstadt is getting its first Map expansion, and it is the Dorman Port. It is a busy port for the region, as most trades happen through here. Apart from the Dorman Port, we will also be getting a map update related to Space of Asmoday. But for now, we are not sure whether it will be a permanent place to explore, or will be a quest-related region.

Archon Quest Update

Finally, we are getting a new Archon Quest, and that too will be related to Asmoday. The upcoming patch seems to be a massive lore bomb, which might answer a lot of our questions regarding the Twins. Along with the Archon Quest, we will also be getting a Story Quest related to Linnea.
