Genshin Impact 7.1 Livestream Teases Dainsleif’s Return With New Lore

The upcoming Livestream celebrates the 6th anniversary of Genshin Impact, with free rewards available for players to grab. Additionally, the game will introduce two new 5-star characters who will be crucial to the Stellar-Glimmer reaction meta, and will witness the return of one of the most popular characters, Dainsleif.

As revealed in the game's latest X (formerly Twitter) post, he will definitely make his appearance in the latest Archon Quest, but his role is still under wraps. Besides him, there will be another lore character who will be making her first on-screen debut. Vesna and Vodyanitsa Bring New DPS and Support Options to Genshin Impact 7.1

The game will feature two new 5-star characters on its featured banners: Vesna and Vodyanitsa. Vesna is an upcoming 5-star Anemo DPS who will be leveraging the Stellar-Glimmer reaction to deal massive Anemo damage to her targets. She is also expected to have exploration abilities like Chasca.

She will be a heavy hitter in this Stellar reaction meta; however, she is not a must-pull. Mizuki can also cover her role, as her kit recently got buffs and she can deal Anemo damage via Stellar Glimmer reactions. Vodyanitsa, on the other hand, is a 5-star Hydro support unit. She is also a Snezhnayan singer and was introduced in Genshin Impact version 7.0. She will be providing character buffs, RES Shreds, and strong healing.

She will be a perfect 4th slot character for a lot of teams, especially for Premium Skirk comp. Honestly, not a must-pull unit; however, her buffs are good enough that you won't regret it in the future. List of Anniversary Rewards Coming With the Genshin Impact 7.1 Update

Genshin Impact has a reputation for not giving enough rewards on every patch; however, in this upcoming update, we can expect some heavy rewards, thanks to the sixth anniversary celebration of one of the most loved gacha games in the world.
