Tommy's mansion boasts a large estate with acres of land with Mediterranean-style architecture. The Vercetti estate, also known as the Diaz mansion, is located on the south side of Starfish Island in Vice City. The estate had a private dock, and the overhead drone scene of GTA 6 Vice City led the fans to spot a mansion similar to that.

The presence of Starfish Island along the mansion only builds a strong connection to fan theory since the original had the same setup. In a post made by @TREVORTRAILER on X, the account mentions the house location and an enlarged picture with the caption, “Tommy Vercetti's house spotted in the first GTA 6 trailer,” along with an indicating eyes emoji. This post has sent the GTA 6 fans into a frenzy, with some speculating about whether Tommy Vercetti will return despite the death of his main voice actor. In the replies to his original post, @TREVORTRAILER also indicates the street it might be in.

GTA 6 Will Be Released on the Same Day Ray Liotta Passed Away

Ray Liotta, the famous American actor known for his work in movies like Goodfellas, voiced the character of the famous Tommy Vercetti. The character was hugely loved within the GTA fanbase and is considered to be one of the most memorable characters in the series, making Ray one of the most famous voices in the GTA franchise. Sadly, Ray passed away last year in May 2024, making the return of the famous character nearly impossible.

In a post on X, @GTAVI_Countdown, a credible page for GTA updates, confirmed that Rockstar Studios will release the game on May 26, in honor of Ray Liotta and his loving memory. The post read, “GTA 6 will launch on the same day Ray Liotta, who played Tommy Vercetti in the original Vice City, passed away. This is Rockstar’s way of honoring his legacy.”
