The GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills update finally allows players to own their own true mansion. You can purchase one of the first three luxury estates located at the very top of Los Santos with corresponding high price tags.

Each estate has its own unique features and is in a great hillside location near all major businesses. There are three mansions sold via the in‑game Prix Luxury Real Estate website on your phone in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills update. Before upgrades, their base prices fall between 11.5 and 12.8 million GTA$

If you purchased a mansion prior to December 7th, 2025, by completing all the listed missions under New Listing, the discounted price will automatically be deducted from the purchase price when going through the purchasing process on the online game website.

If you completed no missions prior to December 7th, 2025, the only price that will show is the full base price for each of the three mansions.

How To Find & Buy The Mansions

Once you have downloaded and installed the latest update from Grand Theft Auto Online, you will need to log into your in-game phone and access the Internet to find the Prix Luxury Real Estate site.

The website has an interactive map showing each of the three mansions and allows you to view the exterior of each mansion and customize the interior of each mansion prior to purchasing.

Which mansion should you buy first?

If you simply want to show off the cheapest mansion available, then the Tongva estate is a great budget choice, as it has the lowest base price in the game and offers discounts as well.

Even though it is a lower price point, it still comes with all the same basic mansion features, such as outdoor space and getting to use the new AI assistants.
