Honkai Star Rail Version 3.7 Preview Brings New Story, Events, and Banners

HoYoverse has shown off the Honkai Star Rail Version 3.7 Preview, called “As Tomorrow Became Yesterday.” It’s going to be released on November 5, 2025. There’s a new Trailblaze Mission that ends the Flame-Chase story, a bunch of rerun characters, new gameplay events, and plenty of free rewards waiting for players.

The End of Flame-Chase: A New Trailblaze Mission Arrives

The biggest highlight of the Honkai Star Rail Version 3.7 Preview is the Trailblaze Mission “As Tomorrow Became Yesterday.” It’s meant to wrap up the Flame-Chase arc in a heartfelt way. Players need to finish “Amphoreus – Gods, Sound the Anthem of Creation” before they can start it. The story promises something emotional and cosmic at the same time, talking about miracles, fate, and how the universe connects.

Phase I: Cyrene Takes the Stage in “Ripples Rejoined”

The first banner of the update is called “Ripples Rejoined,” and it introduces Cyrene (Remembrance: Ice) as the main 5-star character. The warp runs until December 16, 2025 (server time). Along with her, 4-star characters Moze (The Hunt: Lightning), Lynx (Abundance: Quantum), and Pela (Nihility: Ice) will also have increased drop rates. There’s also a Light Cone event called “Brilliant Fixation” happening at the same time. It boosts the chances of getting the 5-star This Love, Forever (Remembrance) and several 4-star Light Cones like The Story’s Next Page, Concert for Two, and Boundless Choreo.

Phase II: Popular Characters Return Once More

Moving into the second phase of the Honkai Star Rail 3.7 Update, the event banners “Indelible Coterie” and “Coalesced Truths” will be running until November 26, 2025, featuring 5-star characters Hyacine (Remembrance: Wind), Castorice (Remembrance: Quantum), and Tribbie (Harmony: Quantum). Their matching Light Cones, Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky, Make Farewells More Beautiful, and If Time Were a Flower will also return. On top of that, the same 4-star trio of Moze, Lynx, and Pela will get another rate-up.

Phase III: Powerhouse Units Make Their Comeback

The third phase, lasting from November 26 to December 16, 2025, focuses on even more reruns. Phainon (Destruction: Physical), Cipher (Nihility: Quantum), and Mydei (Destruction: Imaginary) are the major limited 5-stars returning in this period. Their signature Light Cones, Thus Burns the Dawn, Lies Dance on the Breeze, Flame of Blood, and Blaze My Path will also make a comeback. As with previous phases, Moze, Lynx, and Pela stay in the boosted lineup, creating some consistency across banners in this version.

Free Rewards and Exchange Shop Update

Version 3.7 also brings new reasons to log in. Players can get a free Golden Companion Spirit through the Stellar Companions event. Plus, Topaz & Numby (The Hunt: Fire), a popular 5-star duo, are being added to the in-game Exchange Shop. New Gameplay Events: Currency Wars and Snack Dash

The standout event is Currency Wars: Zero-Sum Game, where Jade from the Strategic Investment Department shows up with a “business crisis” that needs solving. Players can join this event and earn Variable Dice, Self-Molding Resins, Tracks of Destiny, and a nice total of 4,000 Stellar Jades. On the lighter side, Snack Dash is a fun competition happening inside the space station. It’s a race where creations compete, and players can cheer on their favorites. Rewards include Trailblaze Fashion, Self-Molding Resin, and Stellar Jade, making it both silly and rewarding.

Relic Recon and Daily Login Bonuses

Players can also explore Herta’s collection vault in the Relic Recon event, which lets them earn high-quality 5-star +15 Relics. By completing missions and finding access cards, players can open special chests to collect rare relics.

For daily logins, the Gift of Odyssey event returns, giving 10 Star Rail Special Passes for checking in seven days in a row. It’s a small but easy bonus that regular players always appreciate.

Resource Events: Planar Fissure and Garden of Plenty

Two classic double-reward events are back. Planar Fissure, from November 17 to December 1, doubles drops for Planar Ornaments in Simulated and Divergent Universes. After that, Garden of Plenty runs from December 5 to December 15, doubling rewards from Calyx (Golden) and Calyx (Crimson). Honkai Star Rail Version 3.7 events are always great for farming materials more efficiently.

New Story Rewards and Updated Shops

After completing the Version 3.7 story, the As I’ve Written event gives out more rewards like Trailblaze Fashion, Self-Molding Resin, Relic Remains, and Stellar Jades. Meanwhile, the World Shop: Tidal Bounty has been updated with new items. Players can collect Disorder Ambrosia to trade for Tracks of Destiny, Self-Molding Resin, and Star Rail Passes. Limited-Time Packs and Nameless Honor

The store section is getting a few big changes, too. The Cherished Recollection event lets players use Oneiric Shards to unlock Cyrene’s Stellar Couture outfit, The Promise’s, and some other themed items. The Nameless Honor pass returns, allowing players to earn rewards like Star Rail Passes, Variable Dice, Self-Molding Resin, and Light Cone Memory Shards. Buying the Nameless Medal gives extra goodies immediately, such as new avatars (Cyrene: Keeping Promise and Ripples of Past Reverie) and Stellar Jades.

Herta Contract Bundles Offer Selectable Items

Two new bundle options are available in this version: Herta Contract: Strategic Support and Herta Contract: Strategic Cooperation. Both let players pick their preferred materials in exchange for Oneiric Shards. Items like Relic Remains, Tears of Dreams, and Refined Aether can be chosen depending on what you need most. These bundles will remain in the shop until December 16, 2025, and can be purchased multiple times.
