Outlier has introduced a job-simulation title, scheduled for a 2026 release. The Irish indie studio has pulled off a unique creative concept, where you can play as a kitman or equipment manager of a professional football team. This job-sim title features co-op and allows 1 to 4 players.

As a Kitman, your job is to clean shoes, mop floors, wash kits, and organise players' belongings, but it isn't limited to doing just that! The game is opening for testing soon, and let's check the sign-up process for the Kitman Alpha Test.

Kitman Gameplay Makes You Move Up the Ranks in Football Management

If you're familiar with the popular TV Series Ted Lasso, you probably know Nate the Great or the “wunderkind”. The Irish developers might take a huge inspiration from the American series; however, given that you get to mimic Nate's life through this game. Similar to how Nate started as a Kitman of AFC Richmond and went on to become the “wunderkind” for West Ham United, your job in this game goes beyond organising player kit and mopping floors.

Moving up the ranks, you will be taking up the role of a team manager. You can scout new talent, change formation on the board, and lead your club to the top. By now, you should have a clear idea of Kitman gameplay and its basic mechanics. Therefore, prepare to channel your inner “Nate the Great” personality and help your team inside the dressing room. Here's a brief on how to sign up for the Kitman Alpha Test:

Go to Steam, navigate to the Store section, and search for Kitman.
Open the game page and scroll down till you find an option saying Request Access.
Hit Request Access and wait till the developers send you an invitation email to join the title.
