Last Cloudia is a fast-paced Gacha action RPG from AIDIS released back in 2019. The game features various pixel art-inspired characters, each with its own character class and use. Last Cloudia's Gameplay offers a mix of RPG and JRPG elements, with a Gacha-inspired character-drawing system. You are a trainer who collects and trains various strong characters and uses them to defeat the dangers that the world of Granzelia offers.

S-Tier

S-Tier characters are the absolute best characters in our Last Cloudia Tier List with the best stats available. They are very rare to pull and will mostly be available in later phases of the game. The following are the best S-Tier characters that you should aim for:

Goddess of Mercy Lilaha - Goddess of Mercy Lilaha is a literal cheatcode for dominating the PvE and PvP raids and combats. She is the most powerful support unit in the game with massive healing abilities to make sure your other units don't fall in combat.
Great Hero Adel - Great Hero Adel is a tank and has great DPS stats. He is very effective in boss battles as he can shred through the defences at will. If you want to farm for resources, have him in your squad.
Cyberslayer Alice - Alice is another great burst DPS attacking option. She is very effective against enemy hordes, making multiple targets at once, dealing equally dangerous damage. She has great synergy with other offensive units as well, giving a cooldown bonus on power-ups.
Divine Beast Rei - Divine Beast Rei is the most offensive Melee option among the available units. He creates menace with his quick and equally damaging blows. Even though he struggles a bit with ranged foes, his explosiveness in close combat covers it well.

A-Tier

A- Tier characters are not as great compared to S-Tier ones, but they still are very powerful and helpful in raids and PvP battles. They can be seen as versatile powerhouse substitutes for the S-tier units. The following are some of the best A-tier units you should aim for:

Advocate of God Lily - Advocate of God Lily is the ultimate magic nuke queen, with very heavy magic damage stats coupled with a quick cooldown. This allows her to keep on dealing massive damage consistently
Blademaster Beyland - Blademaster Beyland is a great hybrid bruiser DPS slayer for mid-game battles. As the story progresses, it provides a combination of sustained DPS damage with a utility bonus for other units.
Zaix - Zaix is a disruptor and acts as a thief in combat. He steals enemy buffs and XP during combat and can cause tempo disruptions in the enemy camp, causing longer cooldowns and weakened damage.

B-Tier

B-Tier units in our Last Cloudia Tier List are the middle order of units in the game. They are not very useful in the later phases of the game, but can be utilised for farming resources in the early to mid-game story. The following are some of the best B-Tier units:

Phantom Thief Robin - Phantom is the best in this class because of his quick attacking sequence, coupled with his passive stealing ability. He can farm most efficiently of all the units in this tier.
Prince Gorm - Prince Gorm is the best Tank unit of this tier; he can easily overpower the early-stage bosses. If upgraded fully, it can compete with mid-game bosses too. He is equipped with proper defence coupled with decent attack prowess.
Ice Emperor Seilios - Seilios brings elemental damage to the enemies. He offers ice damage to enemies and is effective against fire-based enemies, helping to slow them up in battles.

C-Tier

C-Tier units are the most basic ones out there. Even fully upgraded, they will struggle midway through the story. They are only useful very early on in the game and can be used to farm the early missions. These are some of the usable units in the C-Tier:

Romel the War God - Romel offers early aggressive options. Even though the stats are nothing special, he is quite effective against the early-stage enemies.
Zleorg the Heathen - Just like Romel, Zleorg is also an offensive option that fades as the story progresses. It is a tank unit with a bigger potential of taking hits.
Luger King of Destruction - Possibly the most destructive unit in this tier. Very useful for early-stage aggression and horde management. It can take on multiple enemies at once, but again gets outclassed midway through the story.
