Marvel Rivals Scroll of the Immortal Beasts Event: How to Unlock Free Ultron Wasteland Robot Costume in Season 4

Marvel Rivals is bringing in a new limited-time event as Season 4 launches. Called Scroll of the Immortal Beasts, this event will feature a unique progression system – players will have to complete all eight Immortal Beasts to unlock one of our best rewards so far, the Ultron: Wasteland Robot costume.

Loaded with story-driven lore, daily unlocks, and a series of rewards to claim, this will be quite the highlight for our Marvel Rivals event this Season 4. Here is everything you need to know before the Scroll of the Immortal Beasts goes live.

Marvel Rivals Scroll of the Immortal Beasts Release Date and Duration

The Marvel Rivals Scroll of the Immortal Beasts event is set to launch worldwide on September 12, 2025 (UTC), at the same time as the official launch of Season 4. The developer has not yet given a hard end date for the event; however, previous seasonal events typically ran for three to four weeks.

Based on the above, it would be wise for players to start the event as soon as they can, in case they need extra time to complete all the challenges and light up all Immortal Beast lights on the event tab.

Each day will bring different opportunities for progress, so becoming complacent will be detrimental. Missing too many daily unlocks could leave players in a state where it becomes difficult to finish the scroll in time before the event ends. It is reasonable to plan and "check in" on the rewards in the event tab daily, as this will allow players to understand the quantity of rewards and maximise them without panicking.

How the Scroll of the Immortal Beasts Works

The Marvel Rivals new event features a daily unlock approach with one beast page unlocking for each day. There are a total of eight Immortal Beasts that players need to ignite/ unlock throughout the event.

Every page appears to have missions and or challenges to complete, but we won't know for sure what this will look like until the event launches. Based on Marvel Rivals' past events, challenges may include completing matches, winning matches, or completing certain tasks using different heroes.
Players will need to take a slow approach to the event. You might need to complete tasks on each page before moving to the next, or the beasts may unlock independently, so players would have more freedom. The way it is presented keeps players coming back each day to reveal and ignite the next beast.

Marvel Rivals Ultron Wasteland Robot Costume Free Reward

The main prize for finishing the event is an Ultron: Wasteland Robot costume, which appears first in Marvel Rivals Season 4. This lore-driven skin ties directly to the plot hinted at in the spoilers of the official announcement that involves Ultron fighting against the rogue U17RON virus and looking for a vessel to continue his will.
In addition to the costume, players will be able to earn more rewards as they illuminate each of the beasts. Likely rewards include gallery cards, unstable molecules, sprays, emotes, and in-game units. These smaller rewards are intended to give the player oomph throughout the event, with the Ultron skin reward being the finish line. It's a good opportunity to not just earn cosmetic upgrades, but further build your collection within multiple categories.

How to Unlock the Ultron Wasteland Robot Costume Step by Step

To get Ultron's Wasteland Robot costume, you will need to commit to the event. Here is a step-by-step rundown of what to do:

1. Log in to the Event Tab on September 12th when the Scroll of the Immortal Beasts is available.
2. Open the Daily Beast Page that is unlocked, and check it to complete the mission.
3. Do the Missions and Challenges which will involve winning matches, playing a certain number of matches with heroes, or meeting the mission criteria.
4. Light Up Each Beast after the specified missions are completed to continue the process on the scroll.
5. Continue this process every day for the past eight until you have lit all Immortal Beasts.

6. Claim the Ultron: Wasteland Robot Costume after all of the beasts are lit, and you will now have also added the rare skin permanently to your collection.
