Pocketpair is expanding its Palworld franchise in the TCG category. Yes, you've read it right, we're actually getting a Palworld Official Card Game this summer in July 2026. In collaboration with Bushiroad, the monster-collecting game is now offering players the opportunity to engage in two-player competitive card battles.

From the official game description, Palworld fans will get into a two-player competitive battle where they can exploit the common and unique attack types of various Pals. Meanwhile, unlike standard TCGs, gamers must gather resources, build bases, and secure victory against their opponents. While the details on the teaser video are quite light, and features basic card designs, we expect that all Pals will feature a similar type of abilities as the main title. The devs have announced that the Palworld Official Card Game Release Date is July 30, 2026. Yes, the game is launching this year itself! With this title, Pocketpair is set to extend its franchise beyond the open-world and TCG genres. Unlike Pokemon TCG, it's expected to introduce the classical card game mechanics. However, since Palword is nothing similar to the Iconic franchise, we expect Pocketpair is likely to implement something new.
