The benefit of Timed Incubator is that it is a continuous reward as it allows you to keep hatching eggs till the expiry. From stardust to candies, you obtain more than one bonus through the Timed Incubator.
The only requirement is that you are at least Great Friends with the person you are considering to trade.	No requirements at all.
There is a one-time use. But you do not have to worry about expiry, and save these. Also, you can stack up the lucky trinkets.	Trainers cannot stack up the Timed Incubator. These come with a certain expiry time which is generally a week after the GO Pass expiry.
While the value potential is very high, it is still situational.	A steady value over time, and it can add up if you are an active egg hatcher.

Is Lucky Trinket Better Or Worse Than Timed Incubator?

What is better depends on how you enjoy the game. If you are one of the trainers who trade a lot to get good IVs on your Pokemon before you power them up to max level, Lucky Trinket is the answer for you. However, if you walk and hatch eggs often, the timed incubator can give you more return over time.

Also, if you do not play with a community, there is no reason to go for the lucky trinket since remote trading is not available in the game yet, and you do not have any friends or a community with whom you can trade.

Lastly, there are many events like the Lunar New Year where there are increased chances of being lucky friends. However, there are hardly any events in the game that grant you egg incubators (unless it is an anniversary event).
