The community has been busy with the Deluxe Pack ever since it was announced. Given that it brings a chance for the trainers to get all the ex cards that have launched so far, players did not waste the opportunity.
Following this exclusive pack's reign, we will now have the Mega Rising event kick off on 30th October, 2025, featuring new ex cards as well as mega cards for the first time ever.
Here's everything you need to know about the Pokemon TCGP Mega EX cards coming into the game tomorrow.
What are the Pokemon TCGP Mega EX Cards coming into the game?
The A series is finally concluded in Pokemon TCGP. It is now time for the arrival of the B series. This series starts with the Mega Rising Set.
While there are many meta-changing support cards and new ex cards coming into the game, the spotlight is on the mega cards that will be arriving in the game in its first batch.
Here are all the Mega EX cards in Pokemon TCGP coming tomorrow:
- Mega Blaziken EX
- Mega Gyarados EX
- Mega Altaria EX
- Mega Absol EX
- Mega Pinsir EX
- Mega Ampharos EX
Please note that knocking out a mega evolution card rewards you with 3 points. Therefore, if you finish an active card that is a mega ex card, you will win the game instantly.
So, as of now, taking out a non-EX Pokemon grants you one point, taking out ex-card gives you two points, and taking out a mega EX card gives you three points.
That being said, not all mega cards require evolution. For Mega Altaria, you can evolve it straight from Swablu. For Mega Gyarados, you can evolve it from Magikarp. For Mega Blaziken, you can evolve it from Combusken.
However, both Mega Absol and Mega Pinsir do not require evolution at all.

Mega Blaziken EX

Mega Blaziken is one of the best cards among the Pokemon TCGP Mega EX cards coming into the game. The fire-type card is +20 weak to water-type attacks. It boasts 210 HP.
Featured Attack: Mega Burning: 120 Damage.
When the attack is used, the card loses one fire energy. The opponent's active Pokemon is now burned. The retreat cost of the Pokemon is one energy.
Mega Gyarados EX

Mega Gyarados EX is a meta-changing card in the game. However, the energy required for the attack is a lot. The water-type species boasts 210 HP.
Featured Attack: Mega Blaster: 140 Damage.
When the attack is used, the top 3 cards of your opponent's deck are discarded.
Given the high energy requirement, players can use Misty's support card for extra energy.
