Officially referred to as Erangel Subzero mode, players will notice several drop points covered in ice, giving new dynamics to the environment.

The snowy terrain will also bring in new tactical deployments like a liquid nitrogen bottle and a Snow Mist Smoke Grenade to adapt to the changed regions. PvE Expansion and New Fishing Gameplay in Next Update

The new update will also introduce PUBG Mobile new PvE gameplay in Erangel, based on a Nordic-themed monster. Squads can gather around to seal the ancient monster in exchange for high-tier loot from the secret rooms. Moreover, activating the altar from within will also earn players an honour’s medal along with the new ability Aurora Pegasus.

Players or squads will have to face the regional monsters, including the new Reaper Scorpion, to escape with their gear and rewards.
