The PUBG Mobile Global Championship, PMGC 2025, commenced on November 24, 2025, with the Gauntlet stage matches. Day 1 of the PMGC 2025 gauntlet stage saw 16 regional champions compete against each other. The matches were hosted at Imperial World Samrong, Bangkok, Thailand, with fans in attendance. The lobby was stacked with fan-favourite teams like Ragnum Carya, Alpha7 and D'Xavier. Indian made its official comeback in PUBG Mobile global competitions with the BMSD champions, Orangutan, joining. R8 Esports showed the gunpower of the MENA region, and clutched Ragnum Carya in the final zones to take the Chicken Dinner. Orangutan's IGL Aaaru survived till the final circle to take the 2nd spot for India. Team Alpha7 Esports dominated match 3 with 15 eliminations. ThunderTalk Gaming made the presence of Chinese teams felt with 18 eliminations. Team Orangutan could only manage 1 point in match 4. Madbulls got a sneaky chicken dinner with a perfect third party in match 5. ThunderTalk Gaming finished the day with a 10-elimination win in match 6.

PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Stage Day 1 Best Performers

VP Maloyyy earned the MVP honours at Rondo with 4 eliminations, 3 assists and 870 damage. TT SiTing sit second on the MVP rankings with 4 eliminations as well. Marth from R8 Esports was the MVP in match 2 with 5 eliminations and 878 damage. A7 Obsure rampaged through the lobby and won the MVP honours with 8 eliminations and 744 damage. TT SiTing was the MVP of match 4 with 7 eliminations and 1212 damage. MAD Lemon earned the MVP title in match 5 with 673 damage.
