PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Stage: Teams, Dates and Format

The PUBG Mobile Global Championship is only a few days away, and its hype has already taken over the community. The yearly event is going to be played in 4 stages: Gauntlet, Group Stage, Last Chance and Grand Finals. The sixth edition of PMGC is being hosted in Bangkok, Thailand and involves a massive prize pool of $300000. PMGC 2025 includes a total of 40 teams; of these, only 16 will qualify for the grand finals scheduled in December 2025.

PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Stage Date

The PMGC 2025 is going to commence on November 24, 2025. The gauntlet stage will be played from November 24 to November 27, on three consecutive days. The gauntlet stage of PMGC 2025 will see no elimination, which means no team will crash out of the tournament, so they will have a second chance should they stutter at the start of the competition. PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Stage Teams

PMGC 2025 includes 16 teams from all the playing regions. The lobby is going to be a fiery one. Some top teams to watch out for in the lobby include the likes of PUBG Mobile Esports Power Rankings toppers Ragnum Carya, BMSD Champions Orangutan, BMIC Champions DRX and PEL Champions Thunder Talk Gaming. PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Stage Format

PMGC Gauntlet Stage will see a total of 18 matches played across three days. Each day will feature 6 matches, which will be played in the same map order.

There will be no elimination in the PMGC 2025 Gauntlet stage. The top 7 teams after 18 matches will directly qualify for the Grand Finals, while the bottom 9 teams will head to the Group Stages.
