Winter is one of the most-awaited events in the virtual world of PUBG Mobile. Every year, the game exceeds the expectations of the community with the winter update. This year, new features are coming into our favorite battle royal game, such as the new hot drop and a new featured weapon. What is PUBG Mobile Salted Fish Rocket Launcher Guide?

In its simple explanation, the Salted Fish Rocket Launcher in PUBG Mobile is a weapon that fires icy projectiles, which deal damage to opponents while also creating slippery ice patches under the players.

The unique weapon looks like a fish-like mechanical item that is held on the shoulder while being used as a weapon. This is the first of three features of the Salted Fish Rocket Launcher in PUBG Mobile. Please note that when your opponents are in the slippery patches, they do not have the control to use their guns let alone shoot with them, so you can take advantage of that during close combat.

The second feature of this new weapon is that it is also a flame launcher. By that, we mean that you can use this item as a vehicle. You can activate the skill using a button that will be visible to you when you pick up the weapon. However, the flame launcher has a countdown as soon as you activate it. Once it is over, you will be back in your normal form. While you are using it as a vehicle, you can also use it as a weapon. Given you are performing two primary actions with it, the speed of the vehicle is kept default by the game to avoid complexity.

With it, there are three flying states:

• Ground
• Low Altitude
• High Altitude

If you are at ground altitude and looking to travel at low altitude, you have to swipe up on the right side of the screen. Repeat the process if you are looking to travel in high altitude from low altitude.

When you are looking to travel at a low altitude while you are in a high altitude, you have to swipe down on the right side of your screen. Repeat the same process from travelling in the air while you are at a low altitude. During all of these flying states, you can use the featured weapon to fire at your opponents.

How to find the Salted Fish Rocket Launcher in PUBG Mobile?

As we mentioned earlier, Penguin City will be the new hot drop after the departure of Spooky Soiree. From the leaks and news, we can see that as of now, Penguin City will be the only place where we get to obtain the Salted Fish Rocket Launcher.

When you loot the main crate of the island, you will see two penguins opening the curtain and celebrating while the crate throws some of the best combat items toward you. Among these items and weapons, you will see a massive fish-like weapon. This is the Salted Fish Rocket Launcher. Along with the weapon, you will also receive the ammo that is needed to utilize the weapon.

The jury is still out on whether the weapon will be available in the mini drops or the traditional places of the map.
