PUBG Mobile has officially announced the new release date of its next version on New Year's Eve. PUBG Mobile version 4.2 is going to arrive in the first week of January 2026. This version will first roll out in the global release and then will consequently arrive in the Indian region, where the game is called BGMI. The new version is called 'PrimeWood Genesis', and it will replace the current theme of 'Winter Funderland'.
