You can find the StarRupture Tube Blueprints at an abandoned base west of the starting area. Once you reach the base, head toward the back, where you’ll see a two-story building. Make sure you carry plenty of ammo with you. Once you reach the structure, a lot of aliens will start coming, and you have to fight all of them at the StarRupture Tube location.

The front can be difficult to get in, so walk around the back and climb up the nearby cliffs. From there, you can drop through a hole in the building to get inside. Go down to the ground floor, where you’ll find a small chest containing the StarRupture Tube Blueprints.
Before you leave, check every container and nearby body for useful items. Once you’ve collected the Tube Blueprint, go out of the outpost and make your way back to your base or Fabricator to unlock Tube crafting. Before you go out, empty your inventory as much as you can. This way, you’ll have plenty of space to pick up all the loot.
