The World Cyber Games (WCG) National Showdown India 2025 is all set to bring Navi Mumbai alive with esports action, creator face-offs, and community vibes. Organized by Upthrust Esports and Big Picture Interactive, this national edition of WCG brings together India’s top creators, pro gamers, and fans for one massive live event. With India’s gaming scene booming thanks to recent updates like the BGMI 4.1 Official Release Date announcement, the timing of WCG’s return couldn’t be better for esports fans across the country.

What is the WCG National Showdown India 2025?

The WCG National Showdown India 2025 is the Indian part of the famous World Cyber Games, one of the biggest esports tournaments around. This year’s event has 32 of India’s best gaming creators and esports players split into eight teams, each led by popular captains like Mortal, Scout, Jonathan, Payal, Kaashvi, Mizo, Sherman, and lolzzz.
The competition started online with the Group Wars from November 5–7, where teams battled across different gaming genres including FPS, strategy, and sports titles. After three days of matches, Team Mizo finished as the top team from Group Wars, while Scout picked up several MVP titles.’
Now, the LAN Grand Finale is ready to happen, where the top four teams will fight for the national championship and a chance to represent India at the WCG 2025 Global Festival in Jakarta, Indonesia, this December.

WCG Event Schedule and Venue

The LAN Grand Finale for the WCG National Showdown India 2025 is happening on November 12 and 13, 2025, at the CIDCO Exhibition Hall 1, Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra).

Doors open: 1:00 PM
Live matches begin: 4:30 PM

The venue is known for hosting big expos and events, equipped with proper stage setups, seating, and broadcast facilities. Fans coming in person can look forward to:
